We are moving in Minato-ku with a toddler and had a lot of criteria for our new home. After meeting 3 or 4 house agents we finally met Mariko Fujita. She was very understanding and listened to what our wants and needs were. Several areas we looked in, she checked on travel times, nearest stores... schools. Gave us advice on restaurants, grocery, and everything I could think of. After many areas, many offers, we have found our fantastic home. She has checked on us periodically to make sure we are still happy and if there is anything she can help us with. We highly recommend Mariko-san.
