He found a nice apartment for me in the neighbourhood I was looking for. Kato san speaks English, Japanese and even a bit of French, so it is very convenient when it comes to understand contracts or to deal with property offices. He continued to help even after the contract signature, to set up utilities such as gas and the internet. I highly recommend.
