Shinto Shrine @GINZA, Tokyo

Shinto Shrine @ GINZA, Tokyo
Our office is located in GINZA, where is Tokyo's most well known upmarket shopping, dining, art galleries. One square meter of land in the Ginza district's center is one of the most expensive real estate in Japan. From Edo period (1612-1868) today's Ginza district was the site of a sliver coin mint, which the district was named after this silver coin mint: Ginza means "silver mint" in Japanese.

Even Ginza is a cutting edge commercial district, we are still able to catch a glimpse of Edo period by Shinto Shrines. Shinto Shrine is a venue for Shinto, which is Japan's indigenous religion aiming for nature worship and ancestor worship. There are old Shinto Shrines built in Edo period in Ginza. I attached the picture of INARI 稲荷 Shrines. INARI 稲荷 shrine is one of the types of Shinto Shrine: it is a popular local guardian deity associated with foxes for our house wellbeing and business prosperity.
