What are the SDGs?

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are international goals that were adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015.
The SDGs aim to create a better and more sustainable world by ensuring that the world, which is facing a variety of economic, social, and environmental challenges, does not exceed its limits and that no one is left behind.

The SDGs consist of 17 goals to be achieved by 2030, and 169 targets that are further subdivided to realize these goals.

What are the SDGs?

TAI's (TOKYO APARTMENT INC.) SDGs Actions

SDGs 11Our business is not just apartment brokerage, but also general support for foreign customers. Through this business, we aim to create a community where Japanese and foreigners can live together more harmoniously, and contribute to the creation of a "multicultural society" that transcends the barriers of language and customs.

SDGs 16There are many foreigners who want to rent apartments, however there are also many landlords who do not want to rent rooms to foreigners. Our goal is to eliminate the prejudice towards "foreigners" and to provide fair housing. We will continue to contribute to the creation of a society where all people can live in peace, while also addressing the concerns of landlords.

SDGs 17Global partnership for us is a partnership with our customers. We also aim to develop partnerships with other countries. With the spirit of hospitality, we will help attract foreigners to Tokyo.

we started to have a Japanese lesson for foreigners so that you could have big advantage to rent a apartment in Japan.
