I was able to get the most amount of space for a price that was somewhat comparable to the much smaller apartments within Tokyo. Also it was a standalone home which is much more convenient.

Takeshi was very professional and accommodating. He seemed to genuinely care about my wife and I, as we tried to find a perfect match, based on the set of criteria (size, cat-friendly, etc). I never felt like he pushed us to choose an option, and instead wanted to make sure we found the right fit
