GINZA WAKO

Tokyo Apartment Inc is located in the heart of Tokyo; Ginza area.
There are so many exclusive shops and rare buildings on the main street in Ginza.
This time, I'd like to introduce the building called GIZNA WAKO which has been a historically important landmark since 1930s.

This architecture was built in 1932, designed by Jin Watanabe who designed Hara Contemporary Art Museum in Shinagawa and Tokyo National Museum in Ueno. GINZA WAKO was originally commissioned by the founder of SEIKO Holdings Company; Kintaro Hattori.

Neo-Renaissance Style.

This wall materials are made of marble from Italy.

Even though terrible air raids during the 1940s, this building wasn't damaged and intact miraculously.
