What made you decide to choose the apartment that you did?

We were looking for a detached or semi-detached house instead of an apartment/condominium. We wanted a nice quiet neighborhood, a patio/garden and an owner who would allow us to have a dog.

I've lived in Tokyo before, so I was pretty clear about what I was looking for. I knew what I was asking for was not an easy ask. However, Mr. Kato are listened carefully to my requirements and found more than 20 very good prospective properties and we visited about 7 or 8 of them, eventually finding the perfect place for us.
