What was the reason that you moved to Japan?: I moved to Japan for work related reasons, directly after graduating university.

This time, which area did you choose to live in?: I chose an apartment in Setagaya-ku.

What made you decide to choose the apartment that you did?: I was quite picky, as I was looking for a brand new apartment in a residential neighbourhood that is also located within a 10 minute walk from a station, whilst also being affordable yet spacious. Kato-san worked hard to understand my requirements, so as soon as I viewed this apartment I knew it was perfect. I chose it because I knew immediately that this was the right place for me.

What is your opinion about the service you received from Tokyo Apartment Inc.: The service I received from Tokyo Apartment Inc. was absolutely fantastic. Kato-san understood my requirements and found me the perfect place in a very short time frame, whilst he also dealt with any questions or queries I had promptly and professionally, as well as providing top quality move-in support and aftercare, making my move as stress-free as possible. I also appreciated that there was a high level of honesty and openness at every stage of the process, which made it easy for me to trust Tokyo Apartment Inc. fully. If I ever decide to move again I will certainly be using them again and will recommend my friends and colleagues to do so as well.
