This time, which area did you choose to live in?

I wanted to be more central and have a bigger place so I chose to move from Fudomae to Azabujuban. It made sense for work and socializing.

What made you decide to choose the apartment that you did?

It was in a great location, within budget, really new and I could just picture myself being really happy with the apartment. It felt really clean, which I liked.

What is your opinion about the service you received from Tokyo Apartment Inc.

Kato-san was fantastic; really kind, patient and knowledgeable but also quite straight-forward about the market and the processes we had to go through. He showed me a few nice flats and never oversold anything to me. It was great that it was always my decision what to see and what to apply for. Kato-san was always very prompt in answering my queries too.
