Good service and timely correspondence. Seiya-san was very patient, professional and efficient in walking me around to show me various options in different areas of Tokyo and also helping me to understand the contract and other documentation in Japanese. The one point which would benefit first-time in Japan foreigners like me, would be to have the application process explained in advance and the urgency required, otherwise properties are snapped up by others.
