Ms.Erdina from Indonesia

We are deeply grateful to Ms. Erdina for her kindness since we'd helped finding her apartment.

Ms. Erdina is from Indonesia, who came to Tokyo for studying MBA. And after that she started her own business with her consulting company.

She's been living in Japan for three years now.

She is such a super busy business director, Seiya and we're very glad that we could provide living atmosphere comfortable with wishing her succsess.

And also she worked for her another company, they create one conceptual restaurant in March.

It's called "ANGKASA", Casual Fine Dining & Lounge, which is located in a high-fashion shopping district, EBISU MINAMI.

The "ANGKASA" name word comes from Indonesian Sanskrit language means "Sky", and the reason with choice is because "Sky that connects Indonesia to the world".

Ms. Erdina happily indroduces about "ANGKASA" to you, you must be feeling hungry and want to try tasting their menu as we did!

They served an authentic Indonesian Foods, from the best selection of 30 recipes of Indonesian most iconic Food that was annonced by Indonesia's ministry of Tourism.

They also serve some of modern recipes, too.

They have a chef from Indonesia, who started enjoy cooking from his very young age,

it is his reason why he's still young and even he gained many experiences and sucessful career with working as a private chef for royal family in Angola.

You'll be able to experience his great skills in "ANGKASA".

Their "Nasi-goreng" is created with part of Japanese Wagyu beef, also "Mi-goreng" and traditional soup dish "Soto Ayam" are their highly recommended.

Also she tells about their original dessert, which you'll know from the clips below, it will make your mouth-watering.

As "ANGKASA", their mission is to bridging Indonesia and Japan through food,

and "Tokyo Apartment Inc." we are also working everyday for bridging the several countries and Japan through our warm hospitality. We're very much alike.
